My my, there are so many. But in order to set realistic expectations for myself, I must narrow the list down to a select few.
1) learn how to use my blog efficiently. And by effeciently I mean learning the skills required to use a classroom blog in replacement of a weekly newsletter home to parents. I want my classroom blog to look professional and be easy for parents to navigate through.
2) learn how to add links to emails and blog posts
3) learn to create lesson plans on the smart board in under one hour. If it will take me longer to construct a lesson plan via smart board than it would to create one using my own tools, then i will most likely never use mart board as a teacher. I know that if i find a way to create quick and easy lesson plans on the smart board then i will most likely use the smart board in my teaching career very often.
